The Union takes seriously all complaints that may from time to time be submitted by students and others who use our facilities or take part in our activities. We try to resolve complaints both sensitively, professionally and quickly. We understand that making a complaint can be stressful and probably a route that many people would rather not follow. However, if we have got something wrong, we want to put it right.
This form is for complaints again the Students' Union only, not the University. If you want to raise a complaint about the University or one of its departments, please head to their Complaints policy here.
