Results are coming in from the Student Union’s latest research regarding what Birkbeck Students want. Birkbeck Students were asked what type of workshops it would be most useful for the Student Union to run via a widely completed online survey. Workshops on employability were the highest ranking result.

Hence, the Student Union is running a trial programme of employability events spanning changing career, starting a career later in life, transferring skills learned in volunteering to paid work, and also working for yourself. 
We are currently developing our employability programme for 2012.  Please tell us what workshops you would like by completing this two minute three question survey (totally anonymous):
