About Us

We aim to create an inclusive and supportive space where students can learn about the science of sleep, explore the impact of sleep on physical and mental health, and engage in discussions around conditions such as idiopathic hypersomnia, narcolepsy, insomnia, and sleep apnea. Our long-term goal is to provide wellbeing spaces for students to relax and regulate during rush hours and lectures on campus.

We plan to organise educational talks, guest speakers, wellbeing sessions, awareness events, and opportunities to explore the neuroscience of sleep. We are also interested in exploring holistic and integrative approaches to sleep, including the role of plants, relaxation practices, mindfulness, and other lifestyle factors that may contribute to healthy sleep and overall wellbeing.

We aim to foster a community where students can share experiences, learn from one another, and advocate for the importance of healthy sleep.

Whether you have an interest in sleep science, wellbeing, neuroscience, holistic health, or simply want to improve your own sleep, everyone is welcome — especially those who are nap enthusiasts!
