About Us

We're Birkbeck's resident film buffs, hosting regular screenings of international, arthouse and classic films.

We usually host screenings every Friday evening - although some films call for special occasions, so it's not uncommon for us to have weekend screenings too - and afterwards we go out for a drink to discuss (no obligation if you just want to see the film!). We do shorts programmes, double bills, and sometimes events outside of screenings (like post-screening dinners and museum visits) as well as single feature film screenings, so keep an eye out! We're a friendly bunch united in our love for film and we love to see new faces and hear new ideas, so don't be afraid to get involved!

Book tickets to our next screenings here: https://birkbeck.native.fm/group/1625/film-society.

See you around!

(Note: membership fees are set by the Union, not by individual societies. Membership required to book tickets.)
