Our Student Officers, both past and present, had the exciting honour of meeting Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal and members of the Birkbeck community on Tuesday 21st October, to celebrate the recent Birkbeck Central building transformation.
The introduction of new student spaces to Birkbeck Central Building was championed by past Student Officers such as William Sarenden. It was a lovely chance for William and our current Officers Hattie, Joy and Stephen to celebrate the work the Student Union put into the project, which all students now benefit from. The legacy of past Officer work continues to influence our current officers, highlighting the way in which the actions of our Officers positively benefit students for years after their terms end.
A proud moment for the Student Union and the rest of the Birkbeck community! We can't wait to see what our Officers achieve next.
