Drumroll please...the Birkbeck SU Welcome Week schedule for 2025 is now here!
From a London tour to an open mic night to a board game session, there is something for everyone across our brilliant three weeks of events. Welcome Week kicks off on Monday 22nd September and ends Friday 10th October, and we're packing as much as we can into those weeks to ensure you have fun, make friends and get used to our lovely central campus.
What can you expect from Welcome Week?
Welcome Week is designed to be no-pressure for students: we know that starting at a new university is scary enough in itself, so our events are designed to help you settle in and feel relaxed. There is ample opportunity to meet your fellow students and find your community and even a new interest. Take a look at our Welcome schedule below and decide which events you'd like to attend - the more the better of course!
How can you find out more information about each event and get tickets?
Tickets for each event are mostly free, which a few exceptions for the longer tours. You can find more information and get access to event tickets here
Worried about not being able to attend in-person?
Don't worry, we have some special hybrid events planned for those students who can't able to attend in person, so you can still get involved!
