AGM Notice 2018

The 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Birkbeck College Students’ Union will take place from 9-10pm on Wednesday 24th January room MAL B18.

The meeting is open to all students who have not opted out of membership of the Students’ Union. The meeting will consider the minutes of the previous AGM, the Union’s financial accounts and affiliations. There will also be an opportunity for students to put questions to the elected officers about their work.

Agenda

  1. To receive the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 27 October 2017.
  2. To consider any Matters Arising from the Minutes not covered by other items on the agenda.
  3. To receive and note the statement of accounts and report of activity for the 2016/17 financial year.
  4. To agree the Union’s new constitution.
  5. To close the meeting, there being no other business notified.
