As the Student Union Sabbatical Officer Elections draw nearer, candidates are reminded of the crucial step of submitting their campaign artwork. This artwork serves as a visual representation of their candidacy, conveying their vision, ideas, and manifesto to the student body. Here are some essential reminders and guidelines to ensure a smooth and effective submission process.

Submission Deadline: Candidates must adhere to the deadline for submitting their campaign artwork. Late submissions will not be accepted, so it's imperative to mark the deadline date and time on your calendar and plan accordingly.
Using artwork that has not been approved by the Students' Union will result in disciplinary and could lead to disqualification. The deadline for submission is 6th of March at 10 am.

Artwork Rules:

Budget

This year the SU is unable to give candidates any budget for campaigning, however, we have put funds into the SU shop to reduce the costs for candidates running in the election. Candidates can only spend up to £50 of their own money this is to ensure no one is getting an advantage due to funds.

All candidates before voting has closed will have to fill out this form (with receipts!), proving they have not spent over the campaign budget limit. We will not be able to announce the election results until we have these forms! Even if you have not brought any items you must still declare this by submitting the form to su-elections@bbk.ac.uk
